2001 Nissan Altima Trunk Actuator DIY Repair - OEM to Universal Actuator...

My 2001 Nissan Altima trunk is not opening and my OEM trunk actuator is no longer working. After a long search, I cannot source out the OEM part so I decided to use a universal actuator. I used the OEM electrical system (wiring and switch) and used the existing mounts and wires to the trunk latch. The whole cost is just under $20 compared to over $150 for an OEM part. I had this issue for over 2 years now and this is a DIY repair and I needed to be resourceful and fixed my trunk problem.
